PORTLAND, Ore. — Court documents show a man who police say shot three and killed two people in a Portland apartment was there to buy four pounds of marijuana.
The KGW-TV reported that the man had bought several pounds of pot in recent months from Andrew Pham, who was shot in the head during the April 10 incident.
Portland Police found the bodies of Dat Pham and Sut-Leng Chin in the apartment, both killed by gunshot wounds to the head.
It’s still unclear what led to the shooting. Andrew and Sut-Leng’s 13-week-old baby was also in the apartment, but was unharmed.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Texas resident Colby Robinson in connection with the shooting, but he was shot and killed while trying to flee federal agents in his home state.
