SEATTLE — The Seattle Fire Department says a smoky fire on Harbor Island was caused by a semi-truck hitting a bridge support.
It may have been a fuel spill that caught fire and caused a large cloud of black smoke about 11:40 a.m. today at 3233 16th Ave. SW.
There are no reports of injuries.
