SPOKANE — Police found an unruly crowd of more than 100 people when officers responded to a report of shots fired early Monday after a concert in Spokane, at a venue called The Knitting Factory.
Police say about 20 officers responded. They had to use pepper spray to control people who were intoxicated and refusing to cooperate.
There were no injuries and no arrests. Police found no evidence that shots had been fired.
