YAKIMA — Two young people are dead after their speeding car struck an unoccupied mobile home in Union Gap, near Yakima.
The Washington State Patrol said 22-year-old Roger R. Guerrero was driving the 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer when he lost control on Valley Mall Boulevard on Saturday night.
He and 15-year-old Israel Cabada were killed, and another 15-year-old passenger was injured.
All three were wearing seatbelts.
Investigators said they don’t know whether drugs or alcohol were involved.
