EVERETT — A kitchen fire caused about $100,000 damage early Tuesday morning to an Everett restaurant in the 8500 block of Evergreen Way.
The fire at the Village Inn was reported around 3:20 a.m. Everett firefighters extinguished the blaze within about 20 minutes.
The restaurant was closed at the time of the fire and there were no injuries to firefighters.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, Everett Fire Marshal Rick Robinson said.
