Sex, drugs and room service: The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has agreed to pay $650,000 to settle allegations from state gambling officials that security guards sold drugs to patrons and opened private nightclub bathrooms for sex and drug use.
So if you’ve always wanted to live like a rock star, you’ll now have to content yourself with just trashing your hotel room.
Medium popcorn, no butter: After logging hundreds of hours in dark rooms with sticky floors, Herald film critic Robert Horton has assembled his list of 10 best and worst films of 2010.
Among the worst on Horton’s list is “Sex and the City 2,” which followed the four randy Manhattanites to Abu Dhabi and proved that Islamic fundamentalists might have a point after all about Western decadence.
