This case history of property owners ignoring the law for instant self-gratification is but another symptom of having joined the Great Oaf Party of the rich and autocratic (“Examiner to determine route of Perrinville Creek,” The Herald, March 18).
There is no holding folks with status accountable when they ignore the law for personal gain. In fact, they in the long term will be held accountable regardless of their beliefs. Perrinville Creek watershed abuse by abutting property owners is another red flag for all these small creeks that serve watershed in residential areas.
