As a resident of Snohomish, I appreciate the recent repaving of 13th Street from Avenues A to D.
The road crew folks were fabulous and personally escorted several of us walkers across 13th Street before the heavy equipment came our way. They also directed traffic when it was reduced to a single lane, at times, as drivers came down from Pine Street and had to make a turn out past Blackman Lake. Most important – our mail was delivered each day!
