The Seattle Seahawks’ “12th man” contingent will soon be able to get special license plates featuring the logo of their favorite team, pending approval by the Legislature.
In California, the Oakland Raiders’ famously rowdy fans don’t have specialty license plates for their cars, but they do get special-edition “Raider Nation” ignition interlock devices after their third DUI.
