Tell Democrats to end stalement and fund wall

The Democrats are stopping the economy from moving and government employees from returning to work, in protest of the president’s border security goals.

Interestingly, nearly nine years ago under the previous president, the Democrats (and Sen. Chuck Schumer, in particular) recognized the need for border security, and proposed tough new immigration laws and a border barricade. The Democrats have now flip-flopped on this and several other issues recently, rather than appear to support President Trump. But the real losers are the American people!

Fentanyl, heroin, and other illegal drugs come across the border now, poisoning our youth. Illegal weapons come across the border as well, and are likely used in many crimes, here in the U.S., but the Democrats say we don’t need to stop either of these activities with a wall.

If the caravan of some 15,000 from Honduras were to arrive at the border at the same time, the only things that would stop them is being shot, or a physical barrier, and you know they won’t be shot. Only a physical barrier will provide our nation the initial border security that we require, limiting illegal drug and weapon inflow, and reinforcing our ability to control illegal immigration.

Contact your Democratic representatives and tell them to quit playing politics, end their hiatus, and work for the people. We need border security!
