Fly me to the moon: An expedition funded by Amazon.com CEO Jeff Bezos has recovered two Apollo-era rocket engines from the Atlantic Ocean. Bezos plans to restore the Saturn V rocket relics for later display at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum.
While NASA remains the owner of the engines, Bezos let NASA know that government agencies that ordered this item also bought space suits, lunar rovers and Tang.

Has it been a month already? A month after announcing that he would leave office, Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon, D-Rock Climbing, has yet to submit an official letter of resignation. “Yes, I plan on sending a letter as required,” he said Wednesday.
Reardon didn’t explain the delay between his announcement and submitting the letter, but his toadies have been busy with other assignments.
