Who is responsible for funky smell?

I live in the Sunnyside area of Marysville. Lately, when the weather is finally decent, I go outside on my deck and can’t help but notice the smell outside. Is it the bark mill on Highway 529 or is it the sewer treatment plant here in town?

When I decided to move here eight years ago, I loved the small town serenity and the view from my deck – until about three years ago. The smell has gotten so bad that I feel that I have been taken. It has gotten even worse in the last year. In north Everett, they were forced to install fans blowing the smell the other way. Who is causing the smell and please join with me to go after the company who is doing it…
