This is in response to The Herald article regarding Tim Cavanagh: Knowing personally how these sensationalized articles can hurt and ruin families, I fully agree with the Feb. 24 letter written by the LaCasse family. (“Let courts decide validity of charge.”)
I moved to Arlington in 2010 and needed a vet for my dog. He had an oozing infection on his head. Not knowing anyone, I went through the phone book. After calling a few vets in town and being told they could not get us in for a few days, I called the next one on my list. Tim Cavanagh’s office told me to bring him in that day, although they were extremely busy. Tim was so caring and took care of my dog. I have been with his practice ever since. Tim has also called me at home whenever I had questions regarding my old pet and after we lost another one. He is a wonderful vet and a good man.
My family and I will continue to be his very appreciative customers.
