BELLEVUE — The Fighting Irish topped the Hawks in a non-league game.

For Mountlake Terrace (2-1), Griffin Potter went 2-for-4 and drove in one run, Talan Zenk was 1-for-2 with one run, two walks and one stolen base and Robert Swan 1-for-3 with a triple, one run and one stolen base.

Owen Meek pitched four innings with five strikeouts and Dayton Nickolson two innings with one strikeout.

O’Dea improved to 3-0 overall.

Jackson 10, Ingraham 3

EVERETT — The Timberwolves beat the Rams in a non-league matchup.

For Jackson (2-0), Hawkeye Delgado had three hits, two runs and three RBI, Lucas Poindexter one hit, two runs and two RBI and Will Straight two hits, one run and two RBI. Chase Halvorson pitched 3.2 innings with six strikeouts and Quinten Johns three innings with five strikeouts.

Ingraham fell to 1-3 overall.

Ballard 4, Meadowdale 3

SEATTLE — The Mavericks suffered their first defeat of the season in the non-league game against the Beavers.

Nolan Webster, Malikhi Emery-Henderson and Cooper Kim each had two hits to lead Meadowdale (3-1), which saw a seventh-inning rally fall just short.

Ballard is 2-2.

Monroe 6, Marysville Getchell 2

MARYSVILLE — The Bearcats bested the Chargers in the first league game for both teams.

Scarlett Nagy homered, Hadley Oylear went 2-for-3 with one double and Vivian Kncukey hit a double for Monroe (2-0 overall, 1-0 Wesco 3A/2A).

Lilyana Balgos and Aaliyah Allestad each went 2-for-4 and Emme Witter 3-for-4 for Marysville Getchell (1-2, 0-1).

Non-league

Glacier Peak 11, Mountlake Terrace 1 (6)

SNOHOMISH — The Grizzlies earned an all-around victory over the Hawks in a non-league game.

Bri Titus, Lauren Hufford, Aubree Orr and Sammie Christensen each had two RBI for Glacier Peak (3-0). Titus recorded a home run, and Emma Hirshorn was the winning pitcher.

Bri Reyes hit two singles, Ellie Gilbert one double and Evie Snow one single for Mountlake Terrace (0-2).

Jackson 28, Cascade 0 (5)

EVERETT — The Timberwolves slugged four home runs in a shutout victory over the Bruins in a non-league contest.

Jackson (4-0) scored 15 runs in the first and second innings combined, tallying two more in the fourth and 11 in the fifth. Rachel Sysum, Yanina Sherwood and Leneyah Mitchell each had four hits for the Timberwolves. Sysum drove in four runs and had five RBI, Sherwood three runs and three RBI and Mitchell two runs and eight RBI. Sherwood pitched two innings and struck out five batters, and Allie Thomsen pitched three innings with four strikeouts.

Cascade had zero hits and fell to 2-1 overall.
