3A District 1 (Championship, both teams to state)

Everett 10, Snohomish 0 (6)

EVERETT — Madeline Pewitt, Mia Hoekendorf and Emma Hoffman each tallied two RBI and Samantha Stine two runs to help earn the third-seeded Seagulls the 3A District 1 trophy, dethroning the first-seeded Panthers, which were the 2023 district champions and state runners-up.

The last time Everett (17-6 overall) played in the championship game was 2016, a year after they had won it in 2015.

Hoekendorf pitched five innings with six strikeouts and Anna Luscher one inning with three strikeouts for the Seagulls.

Abby Edwards and Alexandra Flohr pitched a combined six innings, striking out four batters for Snohomish (18-6).
