Edmonds-Woodway at Bob Bellot Classic

MONTCLAIR, Calif. — Edmonds-Woodway’s Ever Yamada won the 175-pound weight class with an 8-5 decision at the Bobb Bellot Classic Saturday at Montclair High School. Yamada reached the final by pinning three opponents and beating another by a 15-0 technical fall.

At 190, Carmelo Larocca faced a familiar foe, pinning fellow Warrior Andrew Davis to claim third place. Hollender Lynch (120), Dylan Rice (144), Alex White (215) and Edson Belizaire (285) each placed fourth.

Mika Serafinas (215) and Omar Diaz (285) claimed fifth-place medals.
