ARLINGTON — Police are asking for help identifying a man who broke into Post Middle School late Monday night.
He made off with about $10,000 worth of goods, including computers and power drills, Arlington city spokeswoman Kristin Banfield said.
The burglary was reported about 11:15 p.m. Monday at the school along E. Fifth Street.
Surveillance video shows the suspect searching certain rooms, Banfield said. The man wore a hooded sweatshirt that covered much of his face. No description of him was available other than grainy images in the surveillance still photographs released by the police department Wednesday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-222-TIPS. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to criminal charges.
