Everett man, 18, injured in brawl at Silver Lake
EVERETT – An Everett man was hurt Saturday night in what police believe was a fight involving a group of teenagers at Silver Lake.
The injured man, 18, was treated at the scene and declined to be taken to a hospital by ambulance, Everett police Sgt. Robert Goetz said.
Police were dispatched to the area about 6:15 p.m. to investigate a fight including more than a dozen teenagers, he said. When officers arrived, only the injured man could be located.
Witnesses said two cars were seen driving away from the area. Several young men in their late teens or early 20s were in the cars, he said.
Police have no evidence the fight was gang-related, Goetz said. Anyone with information is asked to call Everett police at 425-257-8450.

A fire Sunday on the loading dock at the North Marysville Albertsons caused about $30,000 damage, officials said.
Crews were called to the fire at about 2:15 p.m. in the 11400 block of State Avenue, said Stephanie Price, a Marysville Fire District spokeswoman.
Fire fighters were able to douse the blaze quickly, confining it to the load-dock doors, she said. No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Gold Bar: Accident victim is identified
The man who died Sunday when pickup truck ran off the road has been identified as Aaron W. Spomer, 24, of Camano Island.
The Snohomish County medical examiner said Monday Spomer died of head injuries.
Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office search-and-rescue teams found Spomer about 3 p.m. Sunday. They had searched for the man for 10 hours in a densely forested area off Reiter Road.
Deputies received a 911 call from a friend of Spomer’s early Sunday.
