The Everett Home &Garden Show, Snohomish County’s biggest home and garden event of the year, will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Comcast Arena, 2000 Hewitt Ave., Everett.

More than 250 vendors will be at the show, including contractors, designers, nurseries and many businesses with specialty products such as granite, fake granite, greenhouses, rain barrels, energy systems, flooring, roofing and invisible fences for pets.

Why go? It’s a chance to see many local businesses all in one place, including some that don’t have retail outlets, as well as bigger players who have some of the biggest showrooms in the county. (That’s you, Judd &Black.)

Guest speakers include Bob Barca, a Snohomish County master gardener who will talk about butterfly and hummingbird gardens, water features and Mediterranean gardening; and Chris Herman with Snohomish County PUD, who will explain the PUD’s new solar incentives for homeowners.

Hours for the show are noon to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets, sold at the door, are $7.50, or $6.50 for ages 55 and older; ages 16 and younger can attend free.

Information: See everetthomegardenshow.com or call 866-332-8499 for ticket details.
