Burglary suspect arrested after manhunt near Lake Stickney

LYNNWOOD — Police caught up with a burglary suspect Friday after a manhunt in the Lake Stickney area.

The burglary was reported about 2 p.m. in the 1500 block of Lake Stickney Drive, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Shari Ireton said. A homeowner interrupted the burglary.

During the search, Odyssey Elementary on 17th Avenue W. went into lockdown.

A 41-year-old man was arrested about 3:15 p.m.
