SNOHOMISH — An ultralight plane landed in a grassy field west of Harvey Field just before 4 p.m Sunday because of engine trouble. After hitting the field’s tall grass, the 38-year-old pilot lost control of the aircraft. The pilot was not injured . The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office will investigate, but federal aviation and safety agencies will not investigate the incident.
