The robbery took place around 3:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Pecks Drive, Everett police Sgt Jerry Strieck said.

One man had a long gun or shotgun and the other said he had a gun, Strieck said.

They allegedly stole a 2001 black Suzuki Vitara with Washington license plate 082-LXT and a dealer plate, 2896.

The men are considered armed and dangerous. They were described as white, tall, in their mid-teens to early 20s. They were wearing black hooded sweatshirts and blue jeans. Bandanas covered their heads and faces, Strieck said.

If anyone sees the men, call 911. Do not approach the men, he said.

A Tulalip tribal member was scolded by a federal judge Friday when he was sentenced to three months in a federal prison for theft of $5,400 worth of gaming chips from the Tulalip Casino.

Donald C. Hatch III, 46, a former casino employee, will have to spend an additional three months on electronic home monitoring, and will be under federal supervision for three years.

He pleaded guilty to theft by a employee of a gaming establishment on Indian lands.

U.S. District Judge Ricardo Martinez told Hatch that he “violated the trust of his people” and, “in effect you stole from every single person in your community,” people who “desperately needed help.”

The government accused Hatch of having family and friends cash the chips for him. Martinez told the defendant he was particularly concerned that Hatch “dragged family members into this scheme.”
