SNOHOMISH — A Snohomish-area man has been arrested for investigation of second-degree assault after allegedly punching an 86-year-old woman in the face, according to court papers.
The man, 58, allegedly hit her with a closed fist, causing her to fall down and pass out, according to an affidavit written by the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
