It was the strangest theft we’ve seen for awhile.
A man entered The Pet Shop on Woods Creek Road in Monroe last week with dubious intentions.
When he left in a hurry, the clerk checked around the store.
A $200 snake was missing, Monroe police spokeswoman Debbie Willis said. The snake was described as a red-tailed boa.
If you’ve seen the stolen snake, the Monroe police are at 360-794-6300.
