Two hurt in head-on car crash near Lake Stevens

LAKE STEVENS — Two people were injured in a head-on crash near Lake Stevens on Saturday night.

The collision was reported around 10:20 p.m. off Highway 204 near Sunnyside Boulevard.

A Missouri woman, 49, driving a Chevrolet Malibu, failed to yield the right of way and struck a Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by an Everett man, 38, according to a Washington State Patrol memo.

Both were transported to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
