Just exactly how and where will the U.S. 2 traffic be able to get around the weekend closure when the so-called trestle is closed for entire weekends (“Westbound U.S. 2 trestle to close 6 weekends this summer,” The Herald, April 28)?
Bothell, Monroe, Snohomish? Seems like a disaster being planned with little or no useful information printed in the Herald explaining any or no alternatives. One can only predict chaos on the horizon.
Angry travelers and minor or serious car wrecks await us? Doom? What’s up with that?
