Everett: $1,750,903 for expenses in various city departments between Feb. 14 and 20.
$7,700 to Northwest Corrosion Engineering in Sedro-Woolley to design corrosion systems for a water transmission line that will be replaced.
$30,000 to BI Incorporated of Boulder, Colo., for an electronic home monitoring system for people sentenced to home detention by the Everett Municipal Court.
$170,916 in federal funds for the design and construction of signal improvements for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad crossing at Railway Avenue.
Lynnwood: $371,507.05 to Rinker Materials of Everett, for all 2003 road overlay projects in Lynnwood.
Monroe: $133.42 to PromoShop Inc., of Los Angeles, for five polo shirts for city employees.
Snohomish: $5,454 to Evergreen District Court, of Monroe, for January court filing fees. The city must pay a fee for every court case it files.
