In the story about the Snohomish event to consider election fraud, Republican state Rep. Robert Southerland said, “I want to see every legal vote counted. I will accept either (candidate) if it is a fair election. I am not at all convinced this is a fair election. I am not sure we can find out the true outcome” (“With no proof, Snohomish even will consider election fraud,” The Herald, Aug. 13)
Too often when I’ve heard that, it turns out the person defines a fair election as one where Trump wins. They just don’t get that for all the claims of mountains of evidence, court case after court case contesting the election were tossed. Many of the states they are contesting have Republican election officials. And they can’t seem to explain areas that elected Biden, but voted for Republicans in other offices on the same ballot.
If Democrats were going to steal an election, wouldn’t they still all of it?
