Bomb threat clears Forks City Hall, court
Trooper Russ Winger told the Peninsula Daily News that a bomb technician X-rayed packages that had been delivered to the building. A bomb dog also checked the area.
Mayor Bryon Monohon said the threat was called in to the court at about 1:30 p.m. Friday.
The building also houses the city jail. Monohon said inmates and jail staff were not evacuated because of security concerns. The jail roster showed 38 people in custody Friday.
